La Pradasella is a lovely and very typical Cascina-farm located in Caprino Bergamasco (Lake Como, Italy). It is situated at the top of a hill at the foot of the Alps, at an altitude of 450m, between Lecco and Bergamo. This house is protected on one side by the hazelnut trees and on the other, it enjoys a panoramic view of the river Adda valley all the way to Milano (on a clear day).

This holiday house offers all the intimacy and is at the end of a dead-end street. It is a private property of over one hectare, with its own fruit trees and vineyard, a pleasant garden for the children, a private swimming pool and a barbecue. It is ideal for those wishing to enjoy nudism. La Pradasella offers a delightful interior. The kitchen leads to a veranda offering a view of the valley.

Private swimming pool is open from 01/06 until 30/06 (solar panels heating-temperature cannot be guaranteed).

At the back of the property, you will find many walks through the woods and the beautiful valley, that lead further down to the GR trail, well known in natural area of Grigne and Valsassina. 500m further, you will find the club-house and the landing (+restaurant) of the paragliding club. You can definitely take a two-people jump upon request from the Valcava mountain.

For rental, you have two options:

1. The price mentioned on the website: The entire house with 5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/10-12 people (10 adults + 2 small children)

2. The price mentioned on the website with a 15% discount: The main house with 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom/2 shower rooms/8-10 people.

There are never separate rentals. This holiday house is child-friendly. No wifi, but perfec 4G reception.
