The heated private pool (11 x 5 m, depth 1 – 2.20 m) features an electric solar-powered rolling cover, ensuring children’s safety. A sun terrace with sunbeds surrounds the pool. The garden is partially enclosed by a laurel hedge and opens onto the golf estate at the rear. A private driveway provides convenient on-site parking.
