Clos Notre Dame is a fantastic holiday home for 10 persons with private pool (10x5m - 1m to 2.5m - fenced) built in the 1930s and located in Mouans-Sartoux between Cannes and Grasse (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
One arrives at the house via a pretty lane. This unique holiday home with swimming pool is located in a beautiful domain (1Ha) with a variety of trees, flowers, grass and beautiful large hedges.
The Côte d'Azur holiday villa is very authentic and takes you back to the olden days. Very well maintained, it offers an extremely cosy, comfortable and pleasant interior. The beautiful materials of the past come into their own. Each room on the ground floor offers direct access to the garden. Upstairs, one enjoys a beautiful view of the garden, the sea in the distance and the Bay of Napoule. The ground-floor bedroom has a single bed with pull-out mattress.
A lovely terrace with beautiful garden furniture under 2 very old olive trees offers a restful view of the garden and really puts you in a very pleasant mood. The lighting in the evening creates a unique atmosphere. Beautiful holiday home for 10 people in France for an unforgettable holiday, quietly located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
