It is about 100m away from the sea, 1km away from the lively centre of Ste Maxime, 50m away from 6 tennis courts, and 1.5km away from the renowned golf of Beauvallon.

A large turn with automatic opening leads to the villa. The very large surrounding garden (1.600m²) is lovely and has a private swimming pool (10x4m, depth ranging from 0.85m to 1.65m - alarm) .
