La Ritournelle is a beautiful holidayhouse with a sumptuous and entirely fenced garden. The beach is within walking distance. This holidayhouse has a very pleasant terrace (with a blind) offering a view of the lovely frontgarden . There is a nice private swimming-pool (+/-7x3m - depth 1,60 m) also surrounded with big terrace.
The beach and all kinds of water sports are less than 200 m. This is a charming holiday home with total privacy, extremely quiet location and with an excellent price/quality ratio, taking into account the unique location in the heart of the Côte d'Azur.
Cap d'Antibes is ideal for those who love sun, sea, beach, water sports, .... The location of this holidayhouse is really sublime, quiet and within walking distance of the beach. Very pleasant house, quiet, with all the necessary comforts, great and very clean swimming pool, 2 minutes walk from a very pretty sandy beach. I highly recommend!

We spent an excellent week with our family at La Ritournelle. The setting is very pleasant, very quiet and close to a small beach and seafront promenade. We highly recommend it!
Ideally located house, very quiet environment. The only thing missing is an oven for cooking, especially outside the summer period.
Excellent stay in the villa. Very close to the sea with a large outdoor area.
We were there with 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children, and it was absolutely wonderful! The pool area was perfect for the kids and also for us to chill there. The beach can easily be reached on foot. It was amazing to have dinner on the terrace.

The holiday home La maison de Charme has certainly not stolen its name. The interior is very cozy, high-quality and charming. The holiday home is surrounded by a true oasis of greenery. This holiday home has been entirely and tastefully refurbished. The villa is very cosy with a beautiful family kitchen and wonderful terraces and the necessary furniture.
Beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 5 m - max 1,8m depth) with a 9m² shallow end (20cm deep: ideal for toddlers and the elderly), and a 70m² terrace. The villa can be rented for 11 people + 1 baby with an extra 100.00 euros per person.
This holiday home has an ideal situation ; only 30 minutes away from Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse,... Recommended during the summer but also in winter!
Children are more than welcome : Nursing pillow, 2 children's playpens, 3 baby cots with sheets, children's toilet, pool house.
