It is a private domain with a caretaker, on a land of magnificent vegetation stretching over more than 160ha. It enjoys a beautiful beach facing the Hyères Islands.

In this green area, the holidayhomes have all been built using the dry stones from the Bormes quarries, and they all melt into the landscape, behind the pine and cork oak trees. “Les Eucalyptus” offers a very pleasant 600m garden planted with trees, nice terraces and private pool (7x4m-heated from end march until end october).

A beautiful private beach with only access for the residents of Gaou Benat is at 450 m. On this beach are a lot of fun activities such as a restaurant, mini-market, tennis courts, sailing club and swimming teacher during the high season. This 3-bedroom holiday home for 6 to 8 people on the Côte d'Azur offers a very nice and quiet location just 2 km from the beach and restaurants. There is a lovely covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The private swimming pool (10x5m - open from 01/04 to 01/10) is surrounded by pleasant terraces where you can relax at any time !

The interior is well-designed and decorated with great attention to detail. The holiday house is fully equipped with various high-quality appliances, and air conditioning is present in all living areas, including the 3 bedrooms. This private and guarded property of over 160ha of magnificent vegetation, enjoys a beautiful private beach with sailing club facing the Hyères Islands. In this green setting, the villas, all built of the dried stone from the Bormes quarries, are hidden behind the pine trees and oak trees.

This holidayhome is beautiful and offers a superb panoramic view of the sea, the Iles d’Or, Ste Claire and Aiguebelle. Private swimming pool (9mx4,5m - 1,5m depth - heated from may till end september) surrounded by a lovely covered terrace with gas barbecue and sea view. Ideal for the necessary shade and long summer evenings.

This holiday home in Gaou Bénat is extremely well cared for and offers a very nice and pleasant interior. It consists of the main house and on a higher level (adjacent but accessible from outside) a beautiful, well-furnished studio with 2 areas to sleep (bunk beds + 2x1p), a bathroom (shower, double sink) and a separate toilet.

During July and August there is a very nice, cosy restaurant and sailing club on the beach. 7 tennis courts on the domain.

Tip : At the back of the house, you have direct access to the nature reserve. If you climb the steep slope, your courage will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of "Le château de Brégançon", the holiday home of a former French president.

The pool can also be heated out of season, however, a supplement of maximum 140€/week may be charged.
There are 67 steps to access the entrance to the villa. It is not a steep staircase, but may still not be recommended for people with mobility problems.
