Villa Plein sud is a fantastic, luxurious holiday villa with double private pool situated on a private domain of the residential Beauvallon (beautiful valley) in Grimaud between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
In the beautiful south-facing enclosed garden of this holiday house there are two swimming pools that overflow into each other. The infinity pool offers a view of the surrounding nature. The smallest pool has a sunbathing area with hydromassage. In total there is about 140m2 of pools, the depth goes from 0,10m to 2m. The pools are surrounded by terraces, so you can enjoy the sun every moment of the day. From the higher terrace you have a panoramic view of the sea and in the distance you can see Saint Tropez. At the swimming pool there is also a nice petanque court, great to play with friends or family with an aperitif.
This luxurious holiday villa with panoramic sea view has recently been completely renovated. Thanks to the collaboration with a Belgian architect and interior designer, the house was finished to perfection with all the necessary facilities in a very stylish setting with luxurious, durable materials and furniture. The entire holiday home is also equipped with technical home automation such as electric awnings, sonos, alarms or lights that can be extinguished remotely. The beautiful large kitchen is surrounded by large aluminium windows, allowing you to enjoy an unimaginable view. From the living room with gas fireplace you can access the covered terraces with patio heating (if necessary) and music boxes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
In the garden is the studio with separate entrance and is suitable for 4 persons, two double beds. No renovation works have been carried out here, but everything of comfort is present such as a private shower room, mosquito windows and air conditioning.

Valanvi is a Exceptional holiday home with private pool situated in Domaine du Gaou Bénat, located in the area of Bormes-Les-Mimosas (Provence-Alpes-Côte 'Azur), one of the most privileged places in the Mediterranean.
This private and guarded property of over 160ha of magnificent vegetation, enjoys a beautiful private beach with sailing club facing the Hyères Islands. In this green setting, the villas, all built of the dried stone from the Bormes quarries, are hidden behind the pine trees and oak trees.
This holidayhome is beautiful and offers a superb panoramic view of the sea, the Iles d’Or, Ste Claire and Aiguebelle. Private swimming pool (9mx4,5m - 1,5m depth - heated from may till end september) surrounded by a lovely covered terrace with gas barbecue and sea view. Ideal for the necessary shade and long summer evenings.
This holiday home in Gaou Bénat is extremely well cared for and offers a very nice and pleasant interior. It consists of the main house and on a higher level (adjacent but accessible from outside) a beautiful, well-furnished studio with 2 areas to sleep (bunk beds + 2x1p), a bathroom (shower, double sink) and a separate toilet.
During July and August there is a very nice, cosy restaurant and sailing club on the beach. 7 tennis courts on the domain.
Tip : At the back of the house, you have direct access to the nature reserve. If you climb the steep slope, your courage will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of "Le château de Brégançon", the holiday home of a former French president.

There are 67 steps to access the entrance to the villa. It is not a steep staircase, but may still not be recommended for people with mobility problems.
