Clos Notre Dame is a fantastic holiday home for 10 persons with private pool (10x5m - 1m to 2.5m - fenced) built in the 1930s and located in Mouans-Sartoux between Cannes and Grasse (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).

Villa Ajoucadou is a delightful villa (300m² living space), dating back to 1925 with a fantastic panoramic view of the St Tropez Gulf and the nearby hills. It is about 100m away from the sea, 1km away from the lively centre of Ste Maxime, 50m away from 6 tennis courts, and 1.5km away from the renowned golf of Beauvallon.
