The summer kitchen has 2 induction plates, plancha and grill + a classic barbecue with coal.

A small stairway leads you down to the petanque area with a lawn. From there, you will see a beautiful panoramic view of the Garrigue. Villa Saint Luc is a modern holiday house, set in a quiet location in a residential neighbourhood, in the town of Passa (Languedoc-Roussillon), with a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding nature. There is a large partly covered terrace and you will find the overflowing swimming pool (10x4m) – depth 160cm – in the beautiful well-tended garden.
