Il Balsamino has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace, large kitchen, living room, laundry room and a veranda with dining table. Both living units are in the main building. In the detached annex is residential unit Rosellina. Rosselina features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and masonry veranda.
Salvador can be rented as a whole or as separate residential units. If rented together, you can turn La Salvia and Il Balsamino into 1 spacious villa via a connecting door.
The domain is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool (15x5m). Great for cooling off on hot summer days. The little ones can romp in the small playground with swings.
Just 6 km away is the historic town of Sant'Angelo in Vado with its rich culture and delicious cuisine.
