Maria Luisa is a completely renovated, very spacious holiday house located in Loro Piceno (Le Marche, Italy). Ideal for a couple of families or a group of friends. There's an amazing terrace with al the necessary garden furniture and an inviting, endless private pool (10x8) with a children's part (3x5m).

Maria Luisa has a very spacious interior. All the rooms offer a lot of natural light. Combined with comfortable furnishings, it has everything for a warm welcome.

At the pool there's a seperate little house with a wellness. This includes a jacuzzi, a sauna, but also a shower and a seperate toilet. From the terrace and from the pool you have a magnificent view over the hills and the Sibilini Mountains. The big covered terrace, is great for dining, relaxing and to enjoy a nice aperitivo. In the garden there's also a BBQ and a traditional pizza oven, perfect for a typical Italian evening.

This holidayhouse offers a TOPlocation. She has a lovely, rural environment and is still close to the sea and some towns. The Sibilini Mountains are only 45minutes away. Here you can make beautiful walks and swim in the lake of Flastra. In the neigborhood there are a lot of different restaurants, typical osteria's and winehouses where the best wines are made.
