The ground floor consists of a bright living room, featuring a seating area with a sofa, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a large door opening onto a stunning ocean view. On this level, there are two bedrooms, each with its own shower room. A marble staircase leads to the lower level, where the other two bedrooms are located. These rooms feature two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and share a bathroom with a spacious shower. The interior is fully air-conditioned.

Outside, a stunning infinity pool offers an unparalleled view of the Aegean Sea. The villa features a spacious outdoor area, partially covered by a pergola. A large marble dining table, seating up to 8 people, makes al fresco dining particularly enjoyable. Various lounge areas allow you to enjoy the panorama from every angle. A true paradise!

The villa enjoys a privileged location, close to the most beautiful beaches, picturesque villages, and the island’s main access points. The island’s most beautiful beaches are just a few kilometers away: Golden Beach (2 km), Farangas Beach (12 km), and Santa Maria Beach (19 km). The port of Paros-Antiparos is just 20 km away, while the airport is 16 km away. Numerous typical villages are worth visiting, such as Piso Livadi (5 km), Lefkes (10 km), and Naousa (15 km). Parikia and its port are just 20 km away.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
