This property is located in Lorgues (Var, Provence) on a private property of 4,000 m². The villa features a vast, lush Mediterranean garden with laurel bushes, olive trees and lavender.

This holiday home with private infinity pool offers panoramic views of beautiful nature, ideal for total relaxation. Large terraces of over 200 m² (50 m² of which are shaded) are equipped with all the necessary outdoor furniture: sun beds, loungers and a lounge set. These terraces surround the large private 100,000-litre infinity pool (12x5m, heated to a maximum of 26°). Lower down in the garden is a petanque court and barbecue area. The Villa Mireillo holiday home is completely on the ground floor. The furnishings are well maintained, comfortable and modern. The house has a cooling system through the floor, which is extremely pleasant during the hot summer months. But you can also stay outside for a long time thanks to the specially equipped pool house with sliding doors that can be opened completely. You enjoy cooking in the pool house, you will find a spacious brick barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator as well as a large table where the whole family can sit together and enjoy with a view of the pool and terraces.

The large private swimming pool which has very nice lighting in the evening (5m x 10m - depth 140cm) is in the sun all day long. There are lovely open and covered terraces with lots of garden furniture, there is also a lawn and spacious driveway. The house is completely fenced.

This beautifully renovated Provençal mas offers a unique combination of luxury, space and comfort with a generous living area of 270 m², stylishly decorated with beautiful authentic and natural materials. Located in a quiet, wooded area, just 1.5 km from shops, bakery, organic shop and pharmacy, this is the perfect base to enjoy the peace and nature.

In the beautiful enclosed garden (1 hectare) with many shady trees, families with children can enjoy the outdoors in peace. The large, heated swimming pool (12x6m, depth from 0.20 to 2.30m) is equipped with a shallow section and wide steps and is secured by an electric shutter. A water temperature of 27°C is guaranteed.
