Simoni maison des Roses is a large holiday home for 10 people at walking distance (5 minutes) from the well-known village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (Provence, Alpes Côte d'Azur). The holiday home is in a U-shape and consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 separate lodgings with 1 bedroom. These are located at the sides and have a separate entrance. The 3 lodgings each have their own kitchen, living room and terrace that give out onto the spacious garden and private swimming pool. The ideal recipe for families who want to travel together but also attach importance to their privacy. The whole domain is fenced so there is a lot of privacy.
The 3 lodgings have been furnished with care, each with a different interior style, but always charming and comfortable. Everything is on the ground floor, which makes it an ideal holiday home for less mobile persons and children. The living room of the main house has a sliding door that leads to a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor lounge. These terraces have a view of the flowery garden and the swimming pool.
The beautiful private swimming pool (slightly salted water, U-shaped and with roman steps 6x12m - 110 to 190 cm deep) is surrounded by cosy terraces situated in an oasis of greenery, with a pool house with barbecue, fridge and enough beautiful teak furniture. There are several places to retreat to and enjoy the peace and quiet.
