This old renovated farm is made up of two buildings, and located in Centoia (a small village belonging to the beautiful town of Cortona), on a delightful spot allowing you to discover both Tuscany and Umbria.

The renovation was carried out respecting the rustic and typical Tuscan construction style.
This beautiful holiday home has a swimming pool and a 5000m² garden. The swimming pool (11mx5m with a depth of 1.2m to 1.8m – open from the beginning of june until the end of September) is fenced and has a large southward sun deck with a 360° panoramic view.

Each ground floor apartment has its own private terrace in the garden.

Palazzo Nobile Bellavista is located on the first floor of the main building. There is a seperate entrance via a stone outdoor staircose and a spacious covered private terrace (24m2) where you can have lunch or relax in the shade. There are some amazing views from this balcony. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and luxuriously fitted, with every item of comfort.

This holiday property has a strategic setting in the Val di Chiana valley between Montepulciano and Cortona: timeless landscape in the green heart of the provinces of Arezzo, Sienna and Perugia, surrounded by the volcanic heights of Monte Amiata.
