Casa Luce is a beautifully renovated holiday home in Italy with a private swimming pool, Cupra Marittima, Le Marche. The holiday home for 16 people is rented in its entirety and consists of four very luxurious apartments. These all have their own private terrace and a private infinity pool. Each apartment has a private terrace with luxurious sunbeds and a pergola for the necessary shade.

On the ground floor there are two two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom apartment. There is one apartment with three bedrooms on the first floor. The apartments cannot be rented separately so privacy is assured.

All kitchens are modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, the bathrooms are spacious and very luxuriously finished with sink, toilet, bidet and spacious walk-in shower. Each apartment has its own washing machine in a common laundry room. Thanks to the ideal location close to the sea, there is always a fresh breeze, so it does not get really hot inside. There are mosquito windows for all windows and doors and there is of course Wi-Fi.

Next to the large 8 bedroom holiday home is a pool house with a fitted kitchen for all to use together. There are tables outside and there is a fixed BBQ. The private swimming pool is located on a higher ground than the house. The holiday home for 8 people enjoys a large infinity swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters, from where there is a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. There will be a wooden terrace with sunbeds around the pool. Everything is very modern and of good quality.

The holiday home is reached via a gravel path of 250 meters that can be closed by a gate.
