This holiday house faces southward and it is situated in the town centre. It has a charming inner yard with a delightful covered terrace, where you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool (6x3m) without anyone looking in. The illuminated garden makes the atmosphere complete at night.

It has been entirely renovated and tastefully fitted. The most beautiful materials were used. La Baronne offers you a feeling of luxury and well-being. Its very thick walls keeps the interior of this house exceptionally cool even during the hot summer months.

Villa Saint Luc is a modern holiday house, set in a quiet location in a residential neighbourhood, in the town of Passa (Languedoc-Roussillon), with a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding nature. From the living area you overlook the garden and the private swimming pool (11mx6m and 2m deep). The pool is heated from May to October. Upon request, the pool can be heated outside of these periods.
