Al Mar is a luxury holiday home located directly on the beach in Estepona (Málaga, Costa del Sol, Spain). This holiday home on the beach is very exceptional thanks to its unique location. Just by the sea, in a gated residential area with shared pool, just a few kilometres from the centre of Estepona.

This luxury holiday home by the sea in Estepona offers a beautiful interior with high quality materials. There is an alarm and various high-tech gadgets such as automatic control of the shutters, lights and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room. All rooms enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and sea and offer direct access to terraces.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor and are spacious and nicely furnished. The biggest assets are, of course, the large windows that provide views of the beach, sea and/or terraces.

On the many terraces you can enjoy a nice dinner thanks to the large teppanyaki in a beautiful setting. In the evening, the terraces can be illuminated to create a fairy-tale atmosphere. There is direct access from the house to the beach and communal swimming pool. At less than 10m you sit with your feet in the blissful refreshing sea. There are a total of 6 swimming pools and 1 tennis court on the urbanization, the closest shared pool is a few steps from the property. If you prefer to warm up, for example during the colder months, you can also enjoy the large jacuzzi.

In the region, there are plenty of sporting opportunities such as surfing, boat hire, snorkelling or beautiful walks ..... For pure indulgence you are only a 20-minute drive away in Marbella. This is known for the 'real' Spanish atmosphere that prevails here: coloured flower pots in the narrow streets, the many tapas bars and restaurants, the inviting terraces, the wide sandy beaches with their many beach bars, the cosy fishing port and marina... . Be sure to make a few daytrips to the following indispensable cities and villages: Ronda, Sotogrande, Benahavís, Tarifa, ...

Holiday House La Corale

La Vinuela, Costa Del Sol

La Corale is a true jewel of a holiday house, located in the village of Vinuela (Costa del Sol) and overlooking the spectacular mountain chain of La Maroma. Here, the Sierra Nevada is on display in front of you.
The villa is situated above an olive orchard. Below is a dam, turquoise in summer, emerald in winter.

Outdoors is like a Wonderland: the delightful heated swimming pool (8x4m), the flower-filled garden, the trendy lounge, the lovely deck chairs, the tree-house and play area (football field, sandbox,…). The view of the sierra is all around, without a neighbour in sight. Sun terraces all around the house.

The garden has a “tree-house”, which is a great adventure for children where they can run and play. But it also a place where you can meditate or enjoy a chat or a lovely glass of wine.

The interior is fitted as a dressed-up diva with all the luxury facilities, thanks to a very recent renovation. However, the owners have managed to keep its authentic character and the decoration is lovely, with a mix of trendy and Andalusian-Moorish style.
