Chante Quincon is a typical old mas, beautifully refurbished recently and situated in the area of Les Vans in the Ardeche.

This holiday house offers a lovely private oval swimming pool (7x10m - 1,5m depth), surrounded by terraces and enjoying a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The house is very spacious and was tastefully refurbished. The kitchen and living room give access to a terrace where you can take your meals with a nice view.

This holiday house is surrounded by a large plot of land. This mas is ideally located as a starting point for many excursions in the Ardeche. The Chassezac river is 500m away,. Only two week rentals during the high season.

Ideal holiday, no nasty surprises, house not suitable for young children but possibility to secure the stairs. Ideal for a group holiday.
