Villa Artcheda is a holiday home located only 10 min from the center of La Colle sur Loup (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
This holiday home has been entirely and tastefully refurbished. The villa is very cosy with a beautiful family kitchen and wonderful terraces and the necessary furniture.
Beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 5 m - max 1,8m depth) with a 9m² shallow end (20cm deep: ideal for toddlers and the elderly), and a 70m² terrace. The villa can be rented for 11 people + 1 baby with an extra 100.00 euros per person.
This holiday home has an ideal situation ; only 30 minutes away from Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse,... Recommended during the summer but also in winter!
Children are more than welcome : Nursing pillow, 2 children's playpens, 3 baby cots with sheets, children's toilet, pool house.
This holiday home is rented as a whole from April until October. In winter there is a special price of 200 euros/week/2 people.

With its 7600 inhabitants, La Colle sur Loup is just big enough to be lively and small enough not to be too touristy.
The village is ideally situated between the Côte d'Azur and the Southern Alps, easily accessible by car, plane (15 min. from Nice airport) or TGV (Nice or Antibes).
Activities in the region? There is something for everyone: in summer and winter, the mild climate offers many possibilities. Summer in the Alpes-Maritimes is of course synonymous with good weather. However, even the winter months are very pleasant: lunch on a sunny terrace, cycling, golf, hiking and outdoor tennis are possible all year round, even if a rainy day cannot be excluded. Skiing at Gréolières les Neiges is 45 minutes away. The Mercantour resorts are an hour and a half away.

Everything was ok except for the dishwasher. The house is in a quiet location and close to nice towns and villages. Everything was available. Airco would have been nice. Ideal place for small children. Everything is very nicely distributed over the domain. Highly recommended!
