Villa Ajoucadou is a delightful villa (300m² living space), dating back to 1925 with a fantastic panoramic view of the St Tropez Gulf and the nearby hills. It is about 100m away from the sea, 1km away from the lively centre of Ste Maxime, 50m away from 6 tennis courts, and 1.5km away from the renowned golf of Beauvallon.

A large turn with automatic opening leads to the villa. The very large surrounding garden (1.600m²) is lovely and has a private swimming pool (10x4m, depth ranging from 0.85m to 1.65m - alarm) .
