This holiday home in Umbria with swimming pool s a very typical old country house that has been completely rebuilt and is situated on top of a hill (450 m) with beautiful views on the hills of Monte Amiata, Cimino and Peglia. During the restoration, the original style was completely preserved.
This country house is divided into two parts, each with a separate entrance and private terraces. Ideal for 2 families. On the ground floor there is also a separate entrance with 2 bedrooms and each a private shower room.
The interior of Il Polivere has been decorated with great taste and attention to detail. Beautiful furniture and a very warm atmosphere.
The holiday home in Umbria with panoramic views is situated on a 20 ha. agricultural area where olives, corn, wine (Sangiovese and Merlot) and sunflowers are grown in a biological way. The property is surrounded by a large wood where the rivers 'Chiani' and 'Doro' flow, ideal for wonderful walks. In the garden, not far from the house, lies the beautiful private swimming pool with spring water (14x6m - 1,20m to 1,40m to 2m deep).
Its central location is also ideal for many excursions. Animals not allowed.
