This holiday home in Umbria with swimming pool s a very typical old country house that has been completely rebuilt and is situated on top of a hill (450 m) with beautiful views on the hills of Monte Amiata, Cimino and Peglia. During the restoration, the original style was completely preserved.

This country house is divided into two parts, each with a separate entrance and private terraces. Ideal for 2 families. On the ground floor there is also a separate entrance with 2 bedrooms and each a private shower room.

The property is surrounded by a large wood where the rivers 'Chiani' and 'Doro' flow, ideal for wonderful walks. In the garden, not far from the house, lies the beautiful private swimming pool with spring water (14x6m - 1,20m to 1,40m to 2m deep).
