Upon arrival, you will be enchanted by the house's privileged location, just a stone's throw from the charming village of Sint-Martens-Latem. A beautiful town also known for its many artists and painters. Here you can enjoy peace and nature while all amenities are within easy reach. At less than 1 km walking distance, you will find delicious restaurants, nice boutiques, art galleries and food shops. It is great hiking in beautiful surroundings.
The interior of the house is a perfect combination of elegance and modernity. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a stylish dining room and a living room with a cosy fireplace. Then there is a master bedroom with private bathroom and a smaller room with divan bed for 2 people and private shower room. This room posts to the master bedroom and offers complete privacy. An extra cot is provided for a child up to 6 years old.
Upstairs, the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom, creating an intimate and comfortable space for all guests.

We had a great experience staying in Sint-Martens-Latem! It is a very nice, luxurious house in a nice location. Contact with the host was also good; took time and was very helpful.
Beautiful villa in a peaceful and charming location. Well equipped and spacious. Not far from Gant. Restaurants and shops nearby. Great experience!
The property itself exceeded our expectations. We were with a group of friends and the location was perfect: quiet, yet close to Ghent, ideal for a night out. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful views of the Leie and equipped with all modern conveniences. This accommodation is highly recommended!
