This characterful villa is situated in a secure private estate, just 500 metres from the beach and within walking distance of the lively centre of Sainte-Maxime, via the famous, picturesque coastal promenade. Here, you can enjoy complete privacy and tranquillity, while shops, restaurants and traditional Provençal markets are all close by. Interior: warm, stylish and comfortable

The villa truly lives up to its name. The interior is particularly inviting and tastefully decorated, with quality materials and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the lower level, accessible via the internal staircase in the study or directly from the garden. This layout is ideal for families and groups of friends, as all five bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, offering everyone plenty of privacy. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa.

Exterior: green garden, sunny terraces and private swimming pool

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful south-facing garden filled with greenery and flowers, no less than 100 m² of terracesand natural shade beneath the palm trees. The perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast, a long lunch or an evening aperitif in the sunshine. The large fenced private swimming pool (10 x 4.50 m, depth 1.60 m) features Roman steps and a safety cover. Attractive garden furniture and comfortable sun loungers complete the outdoor space. From certain terraces and two of the bedrooms, you can also enjoy views over the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

Pool heating is included from 15 June to 31 August inclusive. From 1 September to 15 June, pool heating is available at an additional cost of €195 per week.

Surroundings: discover Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez

The location is ideal for exploring the French Riviera. Follow the coastal promenade on foot to the lively centre of Sainte-Maxime, enjoy a drink on a terrace by the harbour or browse the local market. The famous market in Saint-Tropez is also well worth a visit! Take the boat from Sainte-Maxime and discover the charm of this iconic seaside town. The traditional Provençal villages, beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants of the Var are also within easy reach. Golf enthusiasts will find plenty of wonderful golf courses nearby.
