Villa Nobel is a luxurious, very spacious holiday home with private infinity pool, located barely a few km from the center of Mandelieu (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea.
This prestigious holiday villa was recently completely renovated in a contemporary style and decorated with great taste, each room has its own cachet. A mix of rural and industrial style was used with sustainable materials. Beautiful full oak doors and beautiful natural stone give the holiday home extra charm. There is a spacious desk and strong WiFi throughout the house. Perfect for those who need to get away from it all for professional reasons. The kitchen is professionally furnished with quality materials such as an impressive gas supply with 6 hobs.
The property consists of 3 levels, almost all open spaces open onto the spacious open and covered terraces that give out breathtaking sea views. The upper terraces are heated with heat lamps to enjoy the outdoors in the evenings during low season. On the lowest level there is a studio via a separate entrance. This apartment is very spacious, with a separate kitchen, living room and huge luxuory bathroom. You can actually call it a private apartment. Perfect for a couple with children or an older couple who could use a little more privacy. You also immediately arrive at the lower private swimming pool and beautiful garden. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but there are several fans. Due to the fact that it is located lower, the house also remains very fresh.
The large covered terraces offer enough space for the whole family to enjoy themselves. However, there are many nice shade corners to relax and garden furniture is high standard. At the bottom of the hill at the villa you have a very nice petanque court surrounded by trees in the shade. The private pool, infinity pool (12x4m) is surrounded by the greenery of the garden which is hermetically sealed.
