This modern 130 m² home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and sink — perfect for families or multiple couples. There are also 2 separate toilets. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cozy living room with sofas flows seamlessly into the dining area and includes a TV, DVD player, sound system, and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout your stay.

The property sits on a beautifully landscaped 2,000 m² plot and features a large 100 m² terrace, partially covered — ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade. A fully equipped summer kitchen with fridge and barbecue allows for delightful outdoor cooking moments. The private pool (9 x 4.5 m, depth 1.5 m) is secured with an alarm system and cleaned using a salt filtration system (no chlorine). Around the pool, sun loungers invite you to unwind with a good book or simply soak up the sun. There is a shaded parking area on the driveway for your car.
