In other words, skiing is possible from January to March, while you can enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Serre-Ponçon from May to October.

MAIN HOUSE: On a sloping site are two completely independent houses, one of which is offered as a holiday home. Compact in size, but with an open and spacious design, these houses are reminiscent of two identical watchtowers. From both houses you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over unspoilt nature and le Grand Morgan.

The architecture of these houses is particularly interesting. The kitchen and dining room are on the upper floor, while the bedrooms are housed in the plinth. The covered terrace, entrance and bathroom are strategically positioned between the two levels, making for a comfortable and practical layout.

GUESTHOUSE: Adjacent to the garage is a single-storey ‘guest house’. This guest house has a spacious, covered terrace with beautiful, south-facing views. It is a spacious and nicely furnished holiday home with a lounge, a kitchenette, two single beds, a separate shower room and a toilet. With the guest house added, you get extra space and comfort for a small extra cost of 550€/week (=78€/night).

Villa La Lioda is a beautiful holiday home with private pool, located within walking distance of the village of Céreste and Luberon (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). There are numerous walking and cycling routes, which allow you to discover the typical fauna and flora of this wonderful region. You should certainly plan a visit to the many villages in the area. If you are very adventurous, you can paraglide in the village of Banon (20 km).

Lou Pavoun (4000m²) is a holiday domain set in a quiet location in the typical village of Villedieu in the area of the well-known Mont Ventoux (Vaucluse) not far from the river.

There is an astoundingly beautiful view of the vineyards and the surrounding nature. There is a closed shower-room near the swimming pool, accessible for everyone with a toilet, sink and shower, as well as a washing machine. Outside around the swimming pool there is another shower that works on solar energy: you need a shower to go into the swimming pool.

The 3 holiday homes (Glycine, Romarin and Lavande) are comfortable and functional. They have all the same price, but each has its advantages :

The gite Glycine has 3 bedrooms, a private garden and 2 terraces.
The gite Romarin has 2 bathrooms, a big terrace and is situated on the first floor.
The gite Lavande is separated and the closest to the pool. It has also a terrace.
