Villa Les Pins is a lovely holiday house for 6 people with a private swimming pool surrounded by a lot of greenery. Located 4km from Callas (Provence - Alpes -Cote d' Azur).
The holiday house is located in a very green and woody area, in a residential neighbourhood. Beyond the large garden there is a nature reserve and you will find yourself at the heart of nature, yet without feeling isolated. From the terraces you can enjoy a view of the private swimming pool set slightly higher (8.4x4m, 1.5m deep heating from 01/05 - 30/09 at 26°C) with Roman steps. Next to the private swimming pool there is a covered terrace with a pool house (shower, wc, pizza-oven, sink, fridge). There is a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen, ideal for a fabulous pizza-evening with family and friends.
This holiday house with a swimming pool has been entirely fitted with a focus on comfort. Large bay windows have been foreseen and the rooms are bright, spacious and open. Some rooms have direct access to the terraces overlooking the swimming pool. This holiday house is particularly pleasant and air-conditioning is not even necessary in summer.
Callas is a delightful little village in Provence with many walking paths, as well as typical and picturesque little streets. During the high season there are local feasts during which you can enjoy a drink on a terrace or in one of the restaurants. Callas is surrounded by many vineyards with beautiful views. Callas is easily reachable by motorway (toll), by fast train (TGV) or by plane. A short car ride from Callas will take you to the Gorges du Verdon, the glamorous Cote d’Azur and to the ski resorts in winter.

Great service and a very wide range of beautiful holiday homes. We had a great holiday with CAP! Everything was great, both te rental as te service provided by CAP. We will be back and please do not hesitate to book
A lovely house where you can enjoy your holiday. Everything is there except a water boiler. We did miss this. Fortunately, the cooker was of good quality and heating water was super-fast. A little gift on arrival in the form of a bottle of wine would have given a perfect score!
Villa Les Pins is a very nice holiday home! In reality, the house is bigger than on the pictures. We were with 6 adults and there was more than enough space. The outdoor kitchen is a real asset. The stones by the pool on the pictures have been replaced by a wooden terrace. We are already planning to come back. The price/quality balance is excellent!
Beautiful holiday home, perfectly maintained. Nice pool and large surplus the covered terrace, outdoor kitchen and shower next to the pool. Friendly and helpful man who comes weekly to maintain the pool. The house is very clean, beautiful with a nice garden and a lovely pool. CAP arranged everything to perfection!
We spent a wonderful time in this holiday home. The house and grounds were very large and the pool was perfect. We really enjoyed our time there and would love to come back again and again. We didn't miss anything and everything was sufficiently available.

Villa Mireillo is a very cozy holiday home with a private swimming pool within walking distance of Noves (Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence).
The Villa Mireillo holiday home is completely on the ground floor. The furnishings are well maintained, comfortable and modern. The house has a cooling system through the floor, which is extremely pleasant during the hot summer months. But you can also stay outside for a long time thanks to the specially equipped pool house with sliding doors that can be opened completely. You enjoy cooking in the pool house, you will find a spacious brick barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator as well as a large table where the whole family can sit together and enjoy with a view of the pool and terraces.
The large private swimming pool which has very nice lighting in the evening (5m x 10m - depth 140cm) is in the sun all day long. There are lovely open and covered terraces with lots of garden furniture, there is also a lawn and spacious driveway. The house is completely fenced.
In this holiday home in Noves (Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence), walk to the village on foot in the morning to get sandwiches and immediately enjoy the Provençal atmosphere. Noves is a beautiful and very typical provencal village.
