On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a cozy living room with seating area and a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining room, a storage room, an office with another comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and rain shower. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and rain shower. All spaces are tastefully decorated and functional.
The heated and fenced private swimming pool (12x6m and 2.6m deep) is available from April to September and is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area. The pool house, equipped with a garden table, garden furniture, and a separate toilet, offers the perfect setting for a delightful lunch. The covered terrace provides cooling and offers breathtaking panoramic views.
This holiday home is truly recommended for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday in a unique setting. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is known as a beautiful typical Provencal town with a variety of cultural activities, restaurants, boutiques, and terraces. Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The area is really beautiful; on the edge of the forest with a view of Mont Ventoux, the dentelles of Montmirail, the village and the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape.
In the garden is the swimming pool (12x6m - depth to 2 m) surrounded by a large wooden terrace (130m2). You will find wonderful shady spots in the greenery. In addition to the barbecue there is also a ping pong and a swing.
The interior has a distinct style, the many wood, the beautiful windows and the occasional bold colors make this holiday home a nice and cozy stay.
