The house was built with beautiful materials and is perfectly equipped with modern facilities such as air conditioning throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with built-in espresso machine. Salon and kitchen open onto a spacious terrace that is securely fenced.
From this sun terrace, in addition to the open panoramic view, you also have a view of the favorite “bald giant”, Mont Ventoux, for cycling tourists. One also overlooks the beautiful private swimming pool (4.8x10m, depth 1 - 2m, open from april till end october and heated from beginning may to end September, electric shutter, illuminated) surrounded by beautiful pool terraces in travertine.
This holiday villa with swimming pool in southern France has a very handy barbecue right next to the aperitif corner. This creates a nice atmosphere and guarantees cozy Provencal evenings.
The holiday home is located in the protected nature reserve "Parc Naturel Regional du Luberon". Very quiet and yet close (only 2.3 km) to the authentic town of Apt, named 1 of “les plus beaux villages de France”. Here you can go for one of the most beautiful Provencal markets, pleasant shopping and a wide choice of very tasty restaurants. Unique authentic Provencal villages such as Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lourmarin… are all within cycling distance.

This holiday home with pool has a couple of pleasant and covered terraces around the private pool. The private pool is 30m2 (6 x 3.5 metres) and has a security system with an alarm and safety bracelets for children.

Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The area is really beautiful; on the edge of the forest with a view of Mont Ventoux, the dentelles of Montmirail, the village and the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape.
In the garden is the swimming pool (12x6m - depth to 2 m) surrounded by a large wooden terrace (130m2). You will find wonderful shady spots in the greenery. In addition to the barbecue there is also a ping pong and a swing.

Le Mas des Mirabelles is an exceptionally beautiful mas with a view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. It is located in Châteaurenard. The garden is very large, planted with fruit trees such as an apricot tree, a prune tree, a fig tree, cherry plums, etc.
The house is very spacious and has a marvelous interior with some typically Provençal elements. Some of the rooms have parquet flooring, others are of Sézanne. The rooms have been carefully decorated, paying particular attention to detail.
Terrace doors lead from the living room, kitchen and dining room to the huge garden and swimming pool (6x12m, not very deep). Many deck chairs with their cushions are available. Next to the swimming pool, there is a changing room, shower, toilet and bench. Lovely covered terrace with a barbecue allowing you to better enjoy the environment.
This country house is very pleasant, and has been tastefully fitted.
