Discover Villa Terre Rouge, a beautiful vacation home with a private pool for 10 people and up to 2 additional children, located in the breathtaking natural setting of the Southern Ardèche, on the edge of the Cévennes National Park. Here, enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains of Serre de Barre, surrounded by tranquility, greenery, and unspoiled nature.

Villa Terre Rouge spans 2 floors, each with its own living area and kitchen. This gives you plenty of space and privacy, making it ideal for a vacation with multiple families or across generations. The upper floor features a spacious living room with a large dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, which opens onto a lovely covered outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding nature. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that provides direct access to a terrace.

Important: The ground floor and upper floor are not connected inside the building. To go from one floor to the other, use the outdoor staircase.

The exterior of Villa Terre Rouge is a wonderful place to fully enjoy the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with stunning views of the valley and the mountains. The large private pool (11 x 4.5 m, depth 1.1 to 1.9 m) invites you to take a refreshing dip on hot summer days. The pool is open from June 15 through September 15.

Surrounding the pool, you’ll find a pleasant pool deck with a shaded canopy, an outdoor shower, and comfortable patio furniture. Here, you can relax with a good book or enjoy the sun while the kids have fun in the water. We’ve also thought of relaxation and socializing, with a petanque court where young and old alike can have fun.
