Discover Villa Terre Rouge, a beautiful vacation home with a private pool for 10 people, located in the spectacular landscapes of Southern Ardèche, on the edge of the Cévennes National Park. This villa offers a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains of Serre de Barre.
Just 1 km from the picturesque village “Saint-Pierre le Dechausselat” and 10 km from the town of “Les Vans,” where you can find all the amenities you need.
This spacious vacation home spans two floors. On the lower floor, you’ll find a comfortable kitchen with a small living and dining area, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, you’ll find a second living room with a large dining room and an open kitchen that opens onto a covered outdoor terrace, as well as a mezzanine with a small sitting area featuring a TV and two single beds for children. On the same floor, there are also three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. There are three portable tower fans to keep the bedrooms cool at night!
Attention! To go from the first floor to the ground floor, you must use the outdoor staircase.
The villa’s exterior offers an equally wonderful experience: featuring a large private pool (11x4.5m, depth 1.1–1.9m, open from June 15 to September 15), a pool deck with a shaded canopy, an outdoor shower, a petanque court , and all the necessary patio furniture!
In the area around Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you’ll find plenty of activities to enrich your stay. Explore hiking trails through the unspoiled landscapes of the Cévennes, go canoeing on the crystal-clear waters of the Ardèche River or the Chassezac, discover picturesque villages on the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the local cuisine by sampling regional specialties in traditional restaurants.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome. Each property listing indicates whether dogs are allowed, but we always ask the owner for permission first. When you submit your booking request, please mention your dog’s breed, you’ll receive a quick response.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
