Interior: All the comfort you need This holiday home in Ardèche features 5 bedrooms with double beds. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens and air conditioning for optimal comfort. There are also 3 modern shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook just like at home. The living and dining areas open directly onto the outdoor terraces, creating a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.

Exterior: Breathtaking views The villa's standout feature is without a doubt its panoramic view of the surrounding nature and the Ardèche River. Two 28 m² terraces let you fully enjoy the outdoors: the first can be opened or covered at your convenience thanks to an electric awning; the second is permanently covered. Below, a beautiful fenced private pool (8 x 4 m, depth from 1.2 m to 2.5 m) is available from mid-May to the end of September. On sunny days, a large shade sail near the pool provides a cool spot to relax.
