Welcome to Villa Ajoucadou, an exceptional vacation villa with a private pool for 8 people in the south of France on the Côte d'Azur. This vacation home offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and the surrounding hills. It is located in the very pleasant Sainte Maxime-beauvallon (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) with a living area of 300m².
Interior: Luxurious and equipped with every comfort This luxurious vacation villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 8 people offers a particularly tasteful interior with luxurious materials. Every detail has been taken care of. The living room is particularly cozy with a beautiful terrace and stunning sea views everywhere. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Every detail has also been considered in the bedrooms to create a beautiful and warm interior. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom with bathroom at garden level by the pool with an extra lounge and kitchen.

There is a fenced garden (1,600 m² on a hillside) with a beautifully landscaped Roman heated private swimming pool (10x4m - depth 0.85 to 1.65 m - saltwater - heated - alarm). There are several delightful terraces, each with luxurious garden furniture and most with phenomenal sea views. By the swimming pool, there is a lovely covered terrace with a large table and a separate kitchen. Slightly higher up, you will find a beautiful garden lounge, ideal for an aperitif or reading a good book. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional sheltered terrace with another large dining table and comfortable chairs. Access via an electric gate with parking and private garage.

What are the arrival and departure times?
