This modern luxury apartment, Blue Beach, is part of a beautiful residence with private swimming pool located just meters from the beach (San José, Ibiza). You can walk to San Jose city center in 10 minutes. Here there are plenty of nice restaurants, nice shops and nice pedestrian streets such as the Cala Vadella.

The apartment has tasteful and modern furnishings, you immediately get a holiday feeling when entering the property. All comfort is present; the apartment has air conditioning, home automation, safe and fully equipped kitchen. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided. From the bright living room you can go through large sliding doors to the super cozy and spacious private terrace. Here you can undoubtedly enjoy a nice glass of wine and completely unwind.

The residence has a spacious communal swimming pool (open from 9 a.m. to midnight. 2.5m deep, with lounge area). From the apartment you can go directly to the pool area without having to take stairs, the access is located directly on the terrace.

It is the ideal location to explore the most beautiful parts of Ibiza. The apartment is half an hour's drive from Sa Talaia but still within walking distance of the beautifully bright blue sea and sandy beach!

This apartment is perfect for couples, whether alone or with children, as we provide children's books, toys, and beach toys during your stay. To make your beach days even more enjoyable, we also provide a sun umbrella and a beach chair.
