Villa Verda is a lovely holiday house with private pool in Ibiza, San Carlos with a beautiful view on the mountains.
The spacious holiday house (190m2) is located in a suburb in one of the most peaceful and green regions of Ibiza. The centre of the village San Carlos is only 5km away and Santa Eulalia is only 15km. At the same distance you can visit the beaches of Cala Llonga, Cala Llenya and Aguas Blancas. A nice attraction is the famous hippy market of Las Dalias, one of the most interesting locations of Ibiza is only a few minutes away from the house.
The house was decorated according to the typical Spanish finca style, but with a lot of modern touches. There's quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. A great asset is the beautiful master bedroom which occupies the 1st floor and has access to a large balcony with beautiful view. The house was decorated to perfection and provides its guests with all the necessary comfort and facilities.
The large self-cleaning private pool (5x10m) is surrounded by terraces to fully enjoy the warm sun. In addition, the whole is surrounded by a lovely maintained garden with tropical plants.

The residence has a spacious communal swimming pool (open from 9 a.m. to midnight. 2.5m deep, with lounge area). From the apartment you can go directly to the pool area without having to take stairs, the access is located directly on the terrace.
It is the ideal location to explore the most beautiful parts of Ibiza. The apartment is half an hour's drive from Sa Talaia but still within walking distance of the beautifully bright blue sea and sandy beach!
This apartment is perfect for couples, whether alone or with children, as we provide children's books, toys, and beach toys during your stay. To make your beach days even more enjoyable, we also provide a sun umbrella and a beach chair.
