The villa has 4 bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The open-plan kitchen, cozy living room, and spacious dining area make it an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with steps (10 x 5 x 1.2 m, equipped with an alarm) that can be lit and heated from May to October. Explore the surroundings with the mountain bikes provided. A built-in barbecue sets the scene for cozy evenings, while the fully enclosed garden ensures complete privacy. The open terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. For extra fun, there are Batminton batons, pool toys, and floaties available.

Surroundings: Discover the Languedoc
The nearest restaurant is just a 7-minute drive away. Explore charming towns like Pézenas, famous for its Saturday market and vintage shops. Visit Montpellier, Narbonne, Carcassonne, and other picture-perfect spots. Wine lovers can enjoy tastings at local vineyards, such as Château Castigno in Assignan.

For active holidaymakers, there’s plenty to do: hiking, mountain biking, treetop obstacle courses, kayaking, sailing, and much more.

This holiday house for 6 people in the South of France has a beautiful fenced garden with private swimming pool (10x5m - 1.40 to 1.90 m deep, with manual cover), very cosy terraces and a nice barbecue: great during the summer months. There are comfortable loungers at the pool. A small pergola provides a pleasant shady spot and there is a fantastic terrace with chairs and a large table.

Both the kitchen and the living room have sliding doors that give access to the super cosy terraces. Very well cared for and beautiful interior.
