La Fortezza, located in San Ginesio (Macerata, Le Marche), is an absolutely unique house. The name, literally the house of strength, was well chosen. It is a welcoming house that even attracts most Italy lovers, offering an exceptional view. From the house, you can see the Sibillini mountains, Gran Sasso and the typical town of San Ginesio.
This 250-year old house has been renovated while preserving all the typical elements. The thick walls ensure the house remains cool. It has a warm atmosphere and antique furniture. There are various sitting rooms and a very big and comfortable kitchen. It is an ideal place for family and friends to go on holiday.
La Fortezza has a perfectly tended garden with a private swimming pool and various large terraces. The spacious covered terrace is a delightful place to have lunch or dinner “al fresco”, while the other terrace is the perfect spot for a barbecue.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome. Each property listing indicates whether dogs are allowed, but we always ask the owner for permission first. When you submit your booking request, please mention your dog’s breed, you’ll receive a quick response.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
