Amidst the vineyards and olive orchards you will find this authentic Italian holiday house with its lovely panoramic sea-view. In a flash you can be at the beach and in less than ten minutes you can reach the small and delightful sea-side resort of Cupra Marittima (Le Marche). The coastal area of “Riviera Adriatica” is a very good place to enjoy the numerous tourist services, excursions, festivals and restaurants with the best local amenities.

With its fantastic setting and garden with a lovely vegetable patch which guests may use, Villa Cupra Marittima will appear as a green oasis. If you need to cool off, the house offers a large private swimming pool with a pergola and the necessary garden furniture.
The owner produces his own wine and Ciù Ciù, a well-known canteen in the south of Le Marche, also uses this vineyard to distil its delicious wine.

The interior is a mix of modern furniture combined with a few antique pieces. The ground floor has been fitted to accommodate the disabled.

A typical Italian staircase leads to the first floor through a terrace. The floor above is spacious and well-fitted for the guests, offering all the comfort needed.

This authentic holiday house offers a lovely barbecue on the covered terrace, you can also go for an evening stroll, or tour the delightful villages.
