La Vie au Mont Ventoux in the Les Palivettes estate is a beautiful modern villa with a private pool for 10 people at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Provence. The villa is within walking distance of the medieval village of Malaucène.
On the ground floor, you will find the central and fully equipped open kitchen, the spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, and a large dining table. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite shower room with a rain shower, and a sauna. This makes the villa extra accessible for individuals with limited mobility. The large steel sliding windows in the living room perfectly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, and 1 additional bathroom. All spaces are practical and tastefully decorated.
The large heated private pool (Open from March 29th to November 7th, pool measuring 10x4 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, equipped with an electric shutter, stairs, and lighting) is centrally located in the garden with a beautiful view of the Mont Ventoux mountains. It's delightful to relax on the sunbeds around the pool and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. Through the gate in the backyard, you can access the communal park with a tennis court, football field, skate park, playground, fishing pond, sports circuit, and a petanque court. The tennis court can be rented for a minimal amount.
Cooking enthusiasts will be delighted with a Green Egg and herbs from the garden. There is a covered and an open terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Typical restaurants and cafes are within walking distance in the Provencal village of Malaucène. The village is one of the three official starting points for the ascent of Mont Ventoux by bike. Every Wednesday, there is a local market with a wide range of regional products such as asparagus, apricots, and cherries. Definitely plan a visit to the Papal city of Avignon or the beautiful village of Grignan with its numerous lavender fields. Ideal for the perfect family photo!
