Villa Tica is a beautiful newly built holiday home with air conditioning and private pool at Mont Ventoux. This holiday home for 6 people is located in Malaucène (Vaucluse, Provence) in a luxurious and well-maintained residence.
This holiday home with private heated pool (8x4m and 1.2m deep) and within walking distance of the town of Malaucène, is modern and comfortably furnished. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the bright dining room and living room. These all give out onto the open terrace, garden and private pool. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (all with a double bed), the bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. The overall decoration is particularly tasteful and with beautiful, durable materials.
The outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue is located under the beautiful covered terrace, where you can enjoy aperitifs and cosy dinners during the warm summer evenings. You can enjoy the beautiful landscape and view of the swimming pool.
The holiday home in the South of France overlooks a large park that is directly accessible from the garden with a gate. Here you will find several sports grounds (basketball court, tennis court, running track, fitometer, skate camp, fishing pond, ...) and plenty of space to play or walk. The neighbours from the same residence also have direct access, so it's a fun hotspot to get to know each other and not at all crowded. A paradise for children.
The location is ideal and you can walk to the cosy village of Malaucène with its nice terraces and restaurants and you can go there for all your shopping. So a car is definitely not a requirement. There are also plenty of attractions in this beautiful region of southern France. Nearby, there is a lovely SPA with indoor pools and sauna.
You will also enjoy staying in this holiday home with private pool on the Mont Ventoux outside the high season. Hikers and cyclists will love it here and can enjoy the ultimate cycling holiday at the foot of the Mont Ventoux in Provence. But also if you just want to enjoy the Provençal nature and tranquillity, this holiday home is perfect.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
