The Villa Mireillo holiday home is completely on the ground floor. The furnishings are well maintained, comfortable and modern. The house has a cooling system through the floor, which is extremely pleasant during the hot summer months. But you can also stay outside for a long time thanks to the specially equipped pool house with sliding doors that can be opened completely. You enjoy cooking in the pool house, you will find a spacious brick barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator as well as a large table where the whole family can sit together and enjoy with a view of the pool and terraces.

The large private swimming pool which has very nice lighting in the evening (5m x 10m - depth 140cm) is in the sun all day long. There are lovely open and covered terraces with lots of garden furniture, there is also a lawn and spacious driveway. The house is completely fenced.

Villa Mont Ventoux is a beautiful villa with a private pool for 6 people at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Provence. The villa is within walking distance of the medieval village of Malaucène.

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped open kitchen, the spacious and bright living room with a TV, and a large dining table. The large sliding windows perfectly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, including one with an ensuite shower room, and 1 bathroom. All spaces are practical and tastefully decorated.

The heated private pool (8x3m, 1,5m deep, heated from April to October with an electric shutter, stairs, lounging area, and lighting) is centrally located in the garden, and it's delightful to enjoy the view of the hills and apricot fields from the sunbeds around the pool. The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a brick-built BBQ. Here, you can quickly prepare a delicious meal. The property also has 2 parking spaces, one with a charging station and one covered.

In the nearby area, you can go horseback riding, canoeing, and fishing. Take on the challenge of climbing Mont Ventoux on foot or by bike.

Typical restaurants and cafes are within walking distance in the Provencal village of Malaucène. The village is one of the three official starting points for the ascent of Mont Ventoux by bike. Every Wednesday, there is a local market with a wide range of regional products such as asparagus, apricots, and cherries. Definitely plan a visit to the Papal city of Avignon or the beautiful village of Grignan with its numerous lavender fields. Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The area is really beautiful; on the edge of the forest with a view of Mont Ventoux, the dentelles of Montmirail, the village and the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape.

In the garden is the swimming pool (12x6m - depth to 2 m) surrounded by a large wooden terrace (130m2). You will find wonderful shady spots in the greenery. In addition to the barbecue there is also a ping pong and a swing.

The interior has a distinct style, the many wood, the beautiful windows and the occasional bold colors make this holiday home a nice and cozy stay.

The holiday home is for max. 10 people during July and August. The other months for max. 8 people. The owner lives on site in another house. Your privacy is guaranteed.
