In the middle of the green tuscan hills, a short distance from the etruscan necropolis of Chiusi and Chianciano Terme, is set Podere San Gaetano.

It has an overlooking position from which you can admire a wonderful panorama on the surrounding countryside until the Amiata Mountain and the Cetona Mountain. San Gaetano is the typical house in bricks that maintains the local features of the past that are made precious from the modern comforts. The property, recently restored, is composed by two independent houses, one of which is for guests use while the other one is sometimes lived by the owners.

The house has a large outside portico, well equipped for the meals, and a large independent garden.

The swimming pool (6x12m), in a quiet position and surrounded by olive trees, is any times used by the owners.

Only 3 Km away the A1 motorway of Chiusi-Chianciano Terme, it is the ideal place for those who want easily reach ancient cities of art and appreciate this beautiful part of Tuscany. Suitable for wheele-chairs.

Access to the first floor can be from the inside or from the outside staircase.
