Mazet Pascaressa is a beautiful holiday home with 4 bedrooms, a private heated swimming pool and plenty of space for up to 10 guests. The property is located just 2 km from Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village that can be reached on foot via an old Roman route. Surrounded by a beautiful 9,000 m² Mediterranean garden, the property enjoys wonderful views and offers absolute peace and privacy. With its spacious layout and many leisure facilities, this holiday home is ideal for families and groups.
Interior: space and comfort
A cosy living room and beautiful kitchen open directly onto the terraces and garden. There is also a separate TV room with a mezzanine and sofa bed for 2 people, making it ideal for children or as an additional relaxation area.
The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. The American-style fridge with unlimited chilled water and ice, together with the large freezer, is particularly convenient during the warm summer months.
Exterior: outdoor living and a heated private swimming pool
Outdoor living is undoubtedly one of the property's greatest assets. Enjoy several shady spots beneath the olive, oak and pine trees. The large 65 m² south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while taking in the beautiful views over the surrounding forests and hills. The garden features a large dining table and two movable outdoor lounge areas.
The large 15 x 4 m heated infinity pool is a real highlight. It features a 2 x 2 m shallow sitting platform, steps and a comfortable lounge area where you can cool off and relax. In the evening, the lighting around the pool creates a warm and magical atmosphere. The pool can be reached via steps, but there are also two paths providing step-free access.
There is plenty to keep active guests entertained too. The covered terrace with a built-in barbecue offers a great setting for darts, table tennis and table football. Board games, a Sonos sound system, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, a pétanque court and a swing are also available, providing hours of fun and relaxation for guests of all ages.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
