Villa Reninca is a beautiful and very modern holiday house. Situated in Saint-Tropez (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur), only 1 km from the beach and just 4 km from the lively city center.

In this great holiday house you have a large private pool (13x6m) and spacious open terraces with a summer kitchen. You can also enjoy a barbecue and an outside shower. Ideal for families and friends!

The garden has a large variety of plants and trees and the many pieces of art are true eye-catchers.

The kitchen and living area give access to the garden and pool through large window doors. The interior is very modern, colourful and yet somewhat eccentric. There are 5 bedrooms (1 on the first floor) with their own private bath- or shower room. 2 ground floor bedrooms communicate with each other and share a shower room. This is ideal for young people or a couple with 2 children who want their privacy.

A lovely holiday house where you can enjoy sun, sea and most of all the particularly pleasant Saint-Tropez with “La Place des Lices”, the weekly market, Le Port de Saint-Tropez with its art galleries, luxurious yachts, great restaurants and nice shops to enjoy a lovely shopping and relaxing day.
