Interior: A Family Getaway The villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The open kitchen, the cozy living room, and the large dining area are perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
Exterior: complete privacyOutside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with steps (10 x 5 x 1.2 m, equipped with an alarm) that is illuminated and heated from May through October. The villa provides mountain bikes for exploring the surrounding area. There is a brick barbecue for cozy evenings, and the garden is fenced for extra privacy. Enjoy the open terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. For added fun, badminton, pool toys, and floaties are also available.
Surroundings: Explore the Languedoc The nearest restaurant is just a 7-minute drive away. Explore charming towns such as Pézenas, with its Saturday market, and discover the many antique shops. Also visit Montpellier, Narbonne, Carcassonne, and other picturesque spots. For wine lovers, there’s the opportunity to go on wine tastings at local wineries, such as in Assignan, home to the famous Château Castigno. For active vacationers, there are plenty of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, treetop adventure courses, kayaking, sailing, and much more.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
