This former barn has been turned into an absolute jewel of a holiday villa (Le Marche) with a private swimming pool. You only need 5 minutes to reach the village of San Ginesio, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
This house offers a wonderful situation with breathtaking views of the Sibillini mountains and landscape of Le Marche. This holiday house is surrounded by a well-tended garden and terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue and the sunshine. The large infinity pool (4x14m) also has a delightful view, makes it feel royal.
The interior has been brightly and comfortably fitted. There is a lift in the house and air-conditioning in the bedroom hallways.
You can relax in the quiet environment, but it is also easy to discover the rest of Le Marche and Italy from there, as it only takes 30 minutes to reach the beach or the Sibillini mountains. In our blog, we discuss the most beautiful sights in Le Marche.

Surroundings
We have received all documents and additional information from CAP on time. We had a very nice holiday in "Il Fienile". A few hours before our arrival we contacted Cristina via Whatsapp, she also gave us good tips about restaurants and shopping. The house was just as indicated on the website and all comfort was provided. We were also warmly welcomed in the village of San Ginesio, where we enjoyed every morning our coffee or evening of the ice cream ;-).

There is an olive grove in the garden as well as a private swimming pool (8x4m). This holiday house for 6 persons with private pool enjoys an ideal location. It is about 30 minutes away from the coast and 45 minutes away from the Sibillini National Park where you can enjoy wonderful walks and you can swim in the sea at Fiastra. Macerata is not far away either. The open air opera and numerous restaurants and osterias make this town ideal for a day-trip. In our blog, we also discuss many other sightseeing attractions.
