This former barn has been turned into an absolute jewel of a holiday villa (Le Marche) with a private swimming pool. You only need 5 minutes to reach the village of San Ginesio, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
This house offers a wonderful situation with breathtaking views of the Sibillini mountains and landscape of Le Marche. This holiday house is surrounded by a well-tended garden and terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue and the sunshine. The large infinity pool (4x14m) also has a delightful view, makes it feel royal.
The interior has been brightly and comfortably fitted. There is a lift in the house and air-conditioning in the bedroom hallways.
You can relax in the quiet environment, but it is also easy to discover the rest of Le Marche and Italy from there, as it only takes 30 minutes to reach the beach or the Sibillini mountains. In our blog, we discuss the most beautiful sights in Le Marche.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
