Villa Mireillo is a very cozy holiday home with a private swimming pool within walking distance of Noves (Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence).

The Villa Mireillo holiday home is completely on the ground floor. The furnishings are well maintained, comfortable and modern. The house has a cooling system through the floor, which is extremely pleasant during the hot summer months. But you can also stay outside for a long time thanks to the specially equipped pool house with sliding doors that can be opened completely. You enjoy cooking in the pool house, you will find a spacious brick barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator as well as a large table where the whole family can sit together and enjoy with a view of the pool and terraces.

The large private swimming pool which has very nice lighting in the evening (5m x 10m - depth 140cm) is in the sun all day long. There are lovely open and covered terraces with lots of garden furniture, there is also a lawn and spacious driveway. The house is completely fenced.

In this holiday home in Noves (Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence), walk to the village on foot in the morning to get sandwiches and immediately enjoy the Provençal atmosphere. Noves is a beautiful and very typical provencal village.

Les Lauriers is a holiday home located in a quiet area next to a nature reserve about two kilometers from Mornas, a little town between Bellène and Orange (Provence-Alpes-C[ote d’Azur).

Peace and quiet is a given in the secludes, shaded and truly typical garden with many plants such as rosemary and lavender. There are multiple, partly covered terraces with plenty of garden furniture. Of course there is a petanque field and a barbecue.
There is a parking lot for several cars.

In the sunniest part of the garden there is a gated private pool (10x5m wide, 1,5 m deep - open from 01/05 to 30/09). Surrounding the pool there is a large, pleasant terrace with lounging chairs and pillows. At night the pool can be lit up.

Les Lauriers is a truly pleasant holiday home. Here you can still smell and sense the “true” Provence. The interior is spacious, functional, and complete. Thanks to the fire place it is also very cozy during the colder winter months. When going through the outside terrace you will find another bedroom (double bed) with a private shower, sink and toilet.

The area around Mornas is also ideal for cyclists, hikers, and especially, wine lovers. Explore the enchanting sights and charming villages of Provence during your vacation. Here is an overview of the layout of the upper floor: A living room with a large dining area and an open kitchen that opens onto a covered outdoor terrace, and a mezzanine with a small lounge area with a television and two single beds for 2 children. On this level, there are also 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. There are 3 portable tower fans to keep the bedrooms cool at night!

The outside of the villa offers an equally wonderful experience: with a large private pool (11x4.5m, depth: 1.90m), an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, and all the necessary outdoor furniture !

In the surrounding area of Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you will find a multitude of activities to enrich your stay. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens directly onto a pretty dining table and a convivial living room. The living room is adorned with beautiful wooden beams typical of the region and exudes a warm, cosy atmosphere. It is also fully air-conditioned. Also on the ground floor is a first double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the other two bedrooms sharing a shower room. The air-conditioning is located in the upstairs corridor, and diffuses well into the bedrooms.

Just like the inside, the outside area has been carefully designed to optimise your comfort by making the most of the space available. Discover a beautiful private swimming pool heated from 20/04 to 30/09 (6.5x3.5m, depth: 1.30m) with lighting, alarm and electric shutter. There is also an underwater deck at the beginning of the pool, ideal for small children! Around the pool, enjoy the garden furniture: sun loungers, parasol and outdoor seating, but above all the jacuzzi under the covered terrace. For your summer barbecues, there is a plancha available.
