Les Cypres

Les Cypres is a modern vacation home with a heated private pool for 10 people located in Lorgues (Var, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur). This vacation home in southern France is quietly situated in beautiful green surroundings, two kilometers from the picturesque town of Lorgues—which offers all the practical amenities—and just 25 minutes from the sea.

This spacious vacation home with a pool is situated on a fenced-in garden of no less than 4,000 m² (not completely enclosed). From the garden and two large covered terraces, you can enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the Massif des Maures. Next to the large swimming pool (5x10m) are comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas, and there’s a covered terrace with a hammock where you can drift off into a daydream. In July and August, the pool water is naturally at a delightful temperature. If desired, you can have the pool heated in the spring and fall. The garden features a ping-pong table, a bocce court, a trampoline, a sandbox, a slide, and a beautiful lawn where the children can play to their hearts’ content.

The private pool can be heated upon request before arrival for €50 per day (for example, 3 days = €150). You can specify your desired water temperature in advance. The heating automatically turns off once this temperature is reached, depending on weather conditions.

Please note: Electricity usage during your stay, including any additional pool heating, will be billed separately at €0.30 per kWh and settled after your departure based on actual usage.

The interior was modernly furnished while preserving authentic elements such as natural stone and beautiful wooden ceiling beams. The living room features an LCD television with Apple TV, which provides access to YouTube, Netflix, and all channels from around the world. Adjacent to the open-concept living area is the spacious dining room with kitchen. This is a beautiful space with large sliding doors leading to the covered patio. There is a long wooden dining table, and beyond it lies the modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas stove, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators.

This vacation home in Lorgues has five pleasant and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located in the attached annex and has its own entrance and a terrace that opens onto the pool and garden.

Villa Vince is just a stone’s throw from the lively center of Lorgues. A 2.5- to 3-km drive through the beautiful countryside takes you to charming Lorgues, with its famous Tuesday market and many cozy outdoor cafes and restaurants. Attractions in Fréjus, Draguignan, St. Tropez, and the magnificent Gorges du Verdon are about a 25- to 40-minute drive away. Provence has plenty of attractions to offer.
